If you change your mind about the Jbronze product you have purchased from our website, don’t worry (it happens, you’re human). We will gladly exchange them for other products in the range provided you notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and you return the product to us unopened. Please note, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us and the postage to send out the replacement products.
If you get something that’s faulty or damaged in transit (first of all sorry, that’s our bad) we are happy meet our legal and good natured obligations and send you replacement product.
While Jbronze takes care in packaging all orders securely, we can’t always control what happens when your order leaves our loving hands. If your order is damaged in transit, let us know within 3 days of receiving it and we will send a form for you to complete and return with the damaged product.
If it’s our fault, the mailing costs will be on us. If there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning then shipping costs can’t be refunded. That’s fair, right?

Delivery is AUD $9.95 to anywhere within Australia, which is waived if you order products valued at over AUD $50. All orders are delivered by Australia Post. You will receive an email from us with an AusPost tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. The majority of orders typically arrive within 7 working days. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us via the Contact Us page. Your personal information (name address and telephone details) will be used, as provided by you, by Australia Post to deliver your package.
We do ship to some countries outside Australia. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are looking to have your order shipped overseas.
